Back to School Recipe Report: New Takes On Tacos

Proud of Regional Chef Camilo Garavito, featured in the national media for his unique take on tacos – just in time for back to school! Born in Colombia, Chef Camilo travels to K-12 Elior-managed schools where he offers students interesting tasting experiences. “I cook and offer students different foods to sample in order to expand their palates during lunch breaks. I also get to speak with students and school faculty about nutrition and selecting healthier food choices,” says Chef Camilo.
